Restorative Yoga Crystal Sound Bath

Join us at James River Cellars Winery for a peaceful morning of restorative yoga and a crystal singing bowl sound bath. This calming experience combines gentle, restorative yoga with the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to help regulate the nervous system, promote relaxation, support cognitive vitality, and restore balance to both the body and mind.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

The class will be held in a private room above the tasting room, providing a quiet and serene setting for relaxation and restoration.

Please bring a yoga mat and two beach towels or blankets for your comfort during the sound bath.

After class, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, then stay and relax at the winery with live music beginning at 1:00 p.m.
