April Fools Festival at James River Cellars Winery

Now celebrating its 23rd year, the April Fools Festival is Central Virginia’s longest-running wine party. This beloved spring tradition brings together wineries from the heart of Virginia for a lively celebration of local wine, music, and community.

Guests will enjoy a tasting from each winery in attendance, highlighting the diversity and character of Virginia wine, along with live music throughout the day. Festival goers can stroll the grounds, explore a curated selection of local vendors, and enjoy food offerings from visiting food trucks.

Adding to the fun, attendees can vote for their favorite wines, making the experience interactive and spirited. Each guest will also receive a complimentary James River Cellars stemless wine glass to enjoy during the festival and take home as a keepsake.
