Sprinkle a little luck into the year ahead at James River Cellars Winery! Join Freckled Flower Farm for “A Year of Good Fortune Flower Bar”, a creative and relaxing experience set on the beautiful grounds of our winery as part of our New Year’s celebration.
During this guided floral workshop, guests will design and arrange their own bouquet using blooms thoughtfully chosen for their symbolism—representing luck, joy, prosperity, love, and fresh beginnings. Sip on your favorite James River Cellars wine as you unwind, get creative, and enjoy the festive atmosphere, featuring a Lobster Truck on-site. (Fun fact: in some cultures, lobsters are a symbol of good luck!)
All flowers and materials are provided, along with design tips and hands-on guidance to help you create a meaningful arrangement that reflects your intentions for the year ahead. Whether you’re welcoming a new chapter, manifesting big dreams, or simply enjoying a fun and unique experience with friends, this class blends creativity, connection, and a touch of floral magic.
The workshop will last approximately 90 minutes and will take place right here at James River Cellars Winery. Come for the flowers, stay for the wine and good vibes—and leave with a bouquet designed to bring you good fortune all year long.
